The trust was never created, and the assets remained in her name.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#15446b\">Mrs Standish claimed the assets were now hers, or at least a matrimonial asset entitling her to a 50% share.
