Divorce & Dissolution

Those who have entered into a civil partnership or a marriage, who have decided their relaitonship is over, will need to seek a dissolution (for civil partnerships) or a divorce (for marriages). All dissolution and divorce is now ‘no fault’, which means that parties can decide to end their relationship without affording blame.

There are a number of considerations that couples need to think about, including finances, children, property and so forth.  Mediation is a good starting point.

If the parties have converted their civil partnership to a marriage will need to use the divorce procedure.

Starting the process is relatively easy, and many people feel that they can complete the paperwork themselves, but others feel they need advice and guidance and we can help with that.

We offer fixed fee options for straightforward divorce and dissolution matters:

Up to 3 hours (further part/full hours are chargeable) face to face, or via email or phone, consultations to discuss the divorce, initial financial and children matters
