Refund Policy

Overview

We provide answers to legal queries. As such, you are purchasing a service, and not an item that can be refunded by returning it – guidance given cannot be returned. Therefore, we will only refund your payment, in full or in part, if the guidance we have provided is shown to be materially wrong. This is more than just not liking the answer given, it is about the answer itself being incorrect.

We do not provide any other goods except services.

Payment is made, a response is provided, and the transaction is complete.

If we do agree to a refund, you will need to provide the account details for the account you made payment from in the first instance.

Refunds

We will assess whether the guidance you have been given is materially wrong, and will determine whether or not a refund is payable. As above, not liking the answer is not a reason to request a refund. 50% of people asking legal questions may not like the answer they are given, as there is always a losing side in any legal argument. If we decide to refund, we will ask for your bank details.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
